PdG Fondue

Comfort food, before, during and after the big effort!

A garlic clove, a few drops of white wine, a dash of kirsch and a little pepper: that’s all you need to prepare this delicious Patrouille des Glaciers fondue. This  creamy blend of cheeses — with its packaging sporting the design of the famous ski-mountaineering race — is sure to satisfy even the most demanding tastebuds.

Created in collaboration with the Interprofession du Gruyère and the Orsières dairy, and composed of 50% Gruyère PDO and 50% Raclette du Valais PDO, this mixture will be available in Zermatt, Arolla and Verbier during the event.

It can also be purchased from the Orsières dairy, from the PdG e-shop and from numerous partner stores for CHF 14 per 400 g bag. Whether you’re a spectator at the event or an athlete at the heart of the effort, enjoy this delicious cheese speciality before, during or after the race.  Bon appetit!
